"I've now sampled the Apple & Blueberry & Savoury muffins :-) I'm very impressed! They were fresh, moist, and freezing then defrosting didn't kill them. I was particularly impressed by the balance of flavours in the savoury muffins, I was expecting that one flavour (maybe the ham) would dominate but you seem to have gotten quantities of ingredients just right so that everything blended together. My Hubby passes on his compliments particularly for the Apple & Blueberry muffins. Thankyou for your great service as well, really appreciated how easy it all was.
