A batch of muffins, some hungry Flight Attendants and a love of baking led to the launch of The Flying Muffin in 1995, as a home based small business.

With the WHOLESALE BUSINESS continuing to grow, especially with School Canteens opting for healthy, wholesome food, "The Flying Muffin" packed her bags and departed home, relocating to premises at 1 Melville Street, Numurkah Victoria in June 2007. (WHERE’S NUMURKAH?)
